We’ve joined forces with Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce to deliver a free, virtual event to help organisations rejuvenate their culture and business in response to COVID-19 on Thursday 26th November.
‘ChamberConnect: The need for speed on the journey to recovery’ will be delivered by our head of organisational design & development, Michelle Johnson, and hosted by Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.
The hour-long session, which is part of Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce’s ChamberConnect series, will cover a number of topics around the theme of post-pandemic business reinvention and rejuvenation.

Michelle said: “For many businesses, their world looks very different now than it did at the start of 2020, and there are new demands and expectations from clients and their workforce.
“Many organisations made quick decisions at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and now, as we adapt to working through troubling and uncertain times, people need to take the opportunity to grow, adapt and reinvent themselves so they can thrive no matter what.
“Attendees can expect to gain insights into the new skills that the altered workplace demands, how businesses across the globe are beginning to adapt and the wider context for business rejuvenation, as well as how they can redesign their organisation to create a workplace that is flexible, sustainable and suitable for a post-pandemic world.
“We look forward to welcoming people from businesses across Lincolnshire to our virtual event, from managing directors and senior leaders to operational heads.”

The free event is taking place over Zoom on Thursday 26th November between 2-3pm, and is open to Chamber members and non-members.
